- A citation looks wrong. Send the page and the citation. Citation errors are treated as defects: the entry is re-checked against the report or the judgment and the page is corrected.
- You bought something and cannot open it. Send the email address you paid with. Access is tied to that address.
- A refund. Say what you bought and when.
- Anything else — a topic you want covered, a question that is not in the notes, a broken link.
